Here on the California coast, we live at the gorgeous intersection of sky, sea, and land. The first ten verses of the Bible tell how God made everything from scratch, forming the world into three spheres: sky, sea, and land.
God separated the upper waters from the lower waters, calling the great expanse “sky”. When God made the sea recede from the dry land, God created the coast and called it good; we agree wholeheartedly!
